Description: |
Overlooking the El Playazo beach there is nothing else to see other than the sand and the deep blue sea. With the fully folding double glazed doors open you can really appreciate the south facing views. The apartment building is set within its own private courtyard, adjacent to the 5 star Perla Marina Hotel.
Ideally located just 5 minutes walk from the main shopping area of Nerja, which includes many cafes and restaurants to choose from, as well as a large open air market each Tuesday. There are also two supermarkets nearby. The beautiful old town with its many shops, restaurants and bars is a 10 minute pleasant walk away and surrounds the Balcon de Europa, with its famous views of the coast and mountains. The atmosphere here is lively and great fun, with live music and street entertainment to keep you entertained! Nearby, within easy reach by car or public transport, are the Caves of Nerja, the delightful village of Frigiliana and two aqua parks (15kms away), so there is plenty to do and see. The apartment is only two minutes away from the blue flag Torrecilla Beach, with its clear blue water or if you prefer, there is access to a tree lined private pool overlooking the beach.
We completed major refurbishment to a very high standard, which has increased the size of the lounge and dining area. It also includes a new fully fitted kitchen, fully folding double glazed doors to the balcony, allowing you to enjoy of the stunning panoramic views, plus a 32" flat screen television in the lounge with many satellite channels available.
