The main part of the house has fabulous views of the coast from a very large terraced area. There is also a large covered patio area with dining table and chairs to dine al-fresco, and sunbeds with plenty of space to sunbathe and relax. A barbecue is also provided.There is also a further large patio area with planted gardens and fruit trees. The main patio leads through glass sliding doors into a spacious lounge area with leather corner unit, air conditioning, tv/dvd and a working fireplace. Through a large arch accesses the beautiful fully fitted kitchen and bright dining area, which has fabulous views and seats 8 people comfortably. There is also a spacious twin bedroom and master bedroom with king size bed and luxurious ensuite on this level. Also a seperate cloakroom. Stairs lead down to the second level which reveals a lovely indoor pool and seating area. Glass french windows run along one side of this leisure area decorated out in traditional Andalucian tiles and out onto a second spacious patio/sunbathing terrace with views over a green area with gardens. A suite is located on this level with a double bed, fitted wardrobes and its own private relaxing/seating area again with leather sofas. There is also a seperate shower room and utility room with washing machine on this level. This comfortable and spacious property has private off road parking and also a seperate garage. A seperate studio with double bedroom and seperate kitchen/ dining facilites and cloakroom/shower is located on the second level. It does however have its own seperate access, so can be totally private and be booked seperatly for 1/2 persons or used as an integral part of the house.

The vivid city of Malaga is only 10 mins drive where you will find excellent shopping, a lovely historic quarter with traditional tapas bars, the fabulous cathederal, the Moorish Alcazabar Palace etc. A short drive to the east will take you to the holiday resort of Torre del Mar, again with good shopping, bars, excellent fish restaurants along the promenade and many beaches. Many of Andalucias main attractions are also within easy reach. The Alhambra Palace in Granada, the cosmopolitan town of Marbella, Nerja and its spectacular Balcon de Europa, award winning Benalmadena marina and many others. Golf courses are in abundance along the coast as are water parks, shopping centres, zoos, safari parks etc. Inland Andalucia is not to be missed either. Visit its famous "pueblos blancos", the white washed villages for a touch of culture, good tapas, local produce and a taste of the ambient and tranquil lifestyle, During the summer months there are also many villages "ferias" which are well worth a visit. Along the coast you will also find watersports, sailing, cycling and horseriding. The alternative is to relax in the sunshine alongside your own private pool with a cooling drink and truly relax. Special notes To rent the property only as a two or three bedroom house with pool, or the seperate studio, please ask for details. To book the property a non returnable deposit of 30% secures your booking with the balance paid 6 weeks prior to arrival. A receipt is given for all payments, along with directions, request form for starter pack or other. A £150 damage/security deposit is required also, which is returned in full at the end of the stay in full should there be no breakages or damage. Fresh linen and towels are provided for you stay and changed each week through out your stay. Sorry beach towels not provided. The property is cleaned and maintained to a high standard and we ask that this is respected during your visit. Discounts are available during winter months , please ask. If you wish for the property to be cleaned fully on your departure please ask.
