The apartment is situated in Calahonda (between Fuengirola and Marbella), approx. 30 min. drive from Malaga airport. The apartment provides spacious and comfortable accommodation for 4 people with big living/dining area which has direct access to the large south facing terrace overlooking the Mediterranean sea. The living/dining area has 2 good sized sofas (2+3) satellite TV (Sky & DR1 & 2), DVD/CD player. There are two bedrooms – one with an en suite bathroom/WC and one with a separate shower room/WC. Both bathrooms have heating possibility for winter lets. The master bedroom has a direct access to the south facing terrace. Both bedrooms have ample build in cupboard space and chest of drawers. One bedroom is also equipped with a desk and chair. The modern kitchen is very well equipped with electric hob and oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer. There is ample and good quality crockery, cutlery and glassware as well as other electrical appliances as blender, toaster, mixer etc. for those who like to do their own cooking. Off the kitchen is a small closed terrace with washing machine, clothes-dryer, ironing board, storage cabinets and plastic baby bathtub for kids up to 3 years. There is air-conditioning/heating throughout the penthouse and temperatures can be set individually in each room. Excellent terraces The place you will spend most of your time is at the delightful large south facing terrace directly overlooking the pool, garden and Mediterranean. There is dining table, chairs, sunblind and BBQ and on the roof is a huge private solarium offering gorgeous panoramic views as well as sun beds and outdoor shower are set up here for your comfort. This apartment offers also a number of other optional modern conveniences: Alarm system, wireless ADSL internet access, Danish TV channels, air conditioning, maid service, collect/drop off service at the airport. This apartment is available for short and long term rentals. Pool The complex has 2 pools surrounded by nice gardens. Beach Calahonda beach is accessible by a little “Tivoli” train/bus running up and down the Calahonda hill allowing a very good connection to beach and other facilities in this town. Other beaches are just 5 minutes away. Beautiful marinas & beaches nearby like Cabopino beach and marina (the best kept secret at Costa del Sol), Fuengirola or Puerto Banus offers a lot of activities as well as relaxation and number of good restaurants. Shopping & restaurants There is a very cosy local area with a well supplied grocery shop and 3 restaurants just 5 minutes walk from the apartment. The small town of Calahonda offers a variety of shops and restaurants as well. Activities Calahonda is well positioned for exploring further afield. The local area offers golf, water parks, fishing trips, shopping centres, safari parks, amusement parks, climbing centres etc. The historic town of Ronda, the white village Mijas behind Calahonda as well as the charming market in nearby La Cala are worth visiting as well. It would be impossible to be bored in this part of Spain.

Special notes A deposit of 50% is required at booking. The balance and a returnable security deposit of €300 is payable 8 weeks before the rental commences. The security deposit will be returned after departure less the replacement cost of any breakages or the cost of repairing any damage. Prices include the normal cleaning of apartment. Optional Extras (if required) - Paid locally – e.g.: Mid stay maid cleaning - €40 / per time Mid stay maid cleaning including linen change - €70 / per time Collect / Drop off service from airport - 1 way trip (subject to availability) - €40 Long term rentals: Security deposit 30% (however max. up to 2 months rental), 1st month rental payable 4 weeks before the rental commences.
