Holiday villa for rent in Corralejo

Where else can you find...... your own heated swimming pool, a barbecue on the roof terrace with a full dining area in the shade, a luxury lounge to chill in. Here the climate is warm and pleasant all the year round, and the sand dune beaches are the whitest and cleanest you've ever seen. Theres a buzz in the nearby port of Corralejo boasting modern shops, lively bars and everything at your fingertips.

The villa itself lies in a walled estate with gated security, and is part of the protected "Parque Natural" with stunning views. From the roof terrace you can see the nearby islands of Lanzarote and Los Lobos, and the crystal clear sea has a refreshing breeze throughout the day. On the villa estate there is a clubhouse with coffee shop, bar and restaurant that is open to all guests. A new supermarket and bakery are within 500 meters walking distance.

The open plan lounge has top-of-the-range furniture, plasma screen TV. freeview satellite tv, and DVD player. The dining area seats six people comfortably. All rooms have direct access to the pool and sun terrace.

The American-style kitchen is fitted with modern appliances including microwave, fridge, hob, freezer and dishwasher.

There are three bedrooms ~ two have double beds and the third bedroom has two quality single beds. All bedrooms have ensuite facilities.

The sun terrace around the heated pool (24 - 25 degrees) has high quality loungers and comfortable patio furniture. Outside, stylish pergolas and planters around the pool area and on the full roof-terrace combine to create areas that are as beautiful as they are functional, whilst inside the clever design makes use of every square foot, thus giving spacious living areas.

We have now installed air-conditioning in the masterbedroom as well.

We do not recommend the villa for children under 5 years of age because all rooms lead directly onto the Pool area and the patio can be slippery when wet.
