Modern penthouse with a stunning mediterranean Sea view.
The penthouse apartment is situated in the new and modern urbanization Calaceite just outside Torrox Costa and only app. ½ hour drive from Malaga and 5 minutes drive to Nerja.

TERRACES:
The penthouse have an unik 90m2 terrace, beautifully furnished with dinning table for 6 persons in both ends of the terrace and a fully equipped BBQ space with 2 grills. Furthermore you find 2 sun beds and a sun blind. The terrace surrounds the most of the apartment and you can find sun or shade if you wish on all times of the day.

PENTHOUSE:
There is 2 bedrooms where one is the master bedroom with bath en-suite. Both bedroom has double bed, wardrobe, air-condition an access to the terraces.
The living room is beautifully furnished with a high ceiling and extra windows for a pleasant light. Comfortable sitting area with sleeping couch for 2 extra sleeps.
The kitchen is fully equipped and connected with the living room where you also find a nice dinning table with seating for 6 persons.

EXTRAS:
Flatscreen television, satellite channels, DVD, free internet access and central regulated air-condition.
The whole penthouse is really nice and modern furnished for a comfortable stay.

COMMUNITY:
There is access to 2 really nice swimming pool areas with children’s pool, sun beds and sun shade. Private parking.
