Magnificent house in the front row to the coast of the Mediterranean.
The residence has got everything you need to get a successful holiday in the south. In the garden you will find that everything is well kept. The same rule applies to the pool, the parking cellar underneath the house, and of course the three floors with terraces at each floor, the large kitchen with modern white goods, the beautiful living room and the three sleeping rooms.
At the roof there is a large terrace with shelter.
The view from the terraces is simply unique. You almost feel that it’s possible for you to go to the beach in just one big jump. Well, it isn’t but it’s very close and you just have to walk a few minutes to get to the beach, the restaurant, pub’s, supermarket, pharmacy and so on.

It is possible to take the bus directly from Malaga Airport.

Boligen har alt der kan gøre en ferie ved Middelhavet vellykket. Alt er i orden og velholdt i haven, ved swimmingpoolen, i parkeringskælderen under huset og selvfølgelig på de tre beboelsesetager der indeholder terrasser mod syd på hver etage, dejligt stort køkken med moderne hvidevarer, smuk stue og tre soveværelser.
Udsigten fra terrasserne er helt unik mod syd og vest. Man føler nærmest man kan ”hoppe” ned på stranden. Der er kun få minutters gang til restauranter, kaffebarer, isbarer, apotek, supermarked m.m.
