In Villa Rosa you will be able to enjoy a perfect, relaxing holiday.
This charmingly elegant, traditional Spanish villa is an idyllic retreat set in a valley surrounded by orange groves and pine covered mountains.
Located approximately 1 mile from the centre of the local village of La Barraca De Aguas Vivas. The towns of Alzira, Carcaixent and Tavernes are 10 minutes drive away.
The villa is reached through secure gates along a palm lined drive which has parking for several cars. Steps leading up to the shaded terrace with table and chairs, to the living area and to the pool.
The swimming pool is filtered, 8m x 4m, 1.5m even depth.
By the pool area there is a sun terrace with sun loungers, table and chairs, Paella/BBQ house.
The nearest Beach at Tavernes de La Valldigna is 20 minutes drive away. Miles Long White Sandy Beaches. Typical Spanish family holiday resort bubbling with life during the main summer season.
Award winning Blue Flag Beaches of Gandia and Cullera are 30 mins. drive.
The enclosed Tennis Court is surrounded by orange trees (Tennis and Badminton rackets are provided)
The large, well maintained gardens contain beautiful Palm trees, various fruit trees and shrubs with plenty of places to relax.
The Pool Table is in a log cabin with child friendly Dart Board, Bar stools and table, Music system and various small Fitness equipment.
Inside the villa is clean, spacious and comfortable. Central heated to make it suitable for all year around use.
In the Living Room the Log Burner helps to create a cosy feel to evenings spent indoors. There is Sky TV, DVD player, Wireless Internet access.
The Information Book is full of local interests, places to visit, maps.
Car is essential to make the most of what this beautiful region of Spain has to offer. Orange Blossom Coast with Blue Flag Beaches, Historical Towns, Indoor and Street Markets, Water Parks, Safari Parks, Ten Pin Bowling, Shopping Malls, Small Boutiques, Large Supermarkets, Bars and Restaurants.
There is something for everyone within 30-45 mins. drive.
2 Mountain Bikes are provided.
Enjoy relaxed walks or medium hard tracking in the surrounding hills.
Our local village La Barraca is 15 minutes easy walk on flat tarmac road.
You will find 3 bars/restaurants, Spar Supermarket (open Sundays till 1pm) Bakery, Chemist, Small Bank, Take-away Roast Chicken shop, Tobacconist and Hair dresser.

Welcome Pack is supplied (milk, tea, coffee, sugar, bread, butter, eggs and beer) Arrangements can be made to have some of your shopping done for your arrival.
All linen and towels are provided and changed weekly.
We, the owners live on site completely separately. Happy to give helpful tips and advice (if wanted) to make your stay truly a great one. The holiday renters have complete privacy and exclusive use of all facilities.

Special notes
Deposit of 150 euros due on confirmation of booking, non-returnable in the event of cancellation. Full amount to be paid in Cash, in Euros on arrival. Deposit returned on the day of vacating the villa subject to any damages. Shorter then a week stay & Long Term rent out of season are available on request.
Change over day is Saturday. Arriving after 3pm and Vacating the villa by 10am. If possible, we are flexible to make other arrangements to suit your travel time.
