It has a single car garage and a perfect cellar. Its 6-car parking area is located in front the garage. There are two phone lines with 4 extensions and broadband by ADSL with a 4 lines router and WIFI. Satellite television is available on request. A professional gardener takes care daily of the pool and weekly of the property. A part time maid is provided. A representative of the owner is on hand and close. Villa Montroc is the perfect spot for a family loving nature, calm and privacy, in a sunny climate. The closest holiday resort (urbanization Vilar d’Aro) is at 200 meters. Villa Montroc is at 5 minutes drive from one of many beaches and shops and restaurants. There are 8 golf courses in the area, two only 10 minutes away! This is an excellent base to explore Roman Catalonia, its ancient cities, Gerona with it roman cathedral, Figueras with is Dali museum), its churches and the Pyrenees. The estate is easily accessible, only 25 minutes from Gerona airport and 90 from Barcelona airport centre for many international and Low-cost airlines. A car is a necessity. There is a helicopter airport nearby for tourism and emergency.

Special notes Rental is only available in July and August 2009. Rent pricing includes the salary of the professional gardener, taking care daily of the swimming pool and weekly of the estate. Bed linen is included in the price. Rent pricing does not include the part-time maid salary, to be paid on a weekly basis on a full month commitment. Her salary will depend on your needs as you will state them. Her reservation for the month is requested at the time of your rental. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to Secure Reservation of the Estate and of the Maid with balance due two months before arrival date. At arrival a security/breakages deposit of €1000 is also required. Refund of this deposit less any expenses will be made within 14 days of the end of the rental. Cancellation can be made but refund of the final payment will only take place if the villa can be let again within the time scale given.
