Description: |
Our beautiful modern villa is in the residential area of Pinomar in Javea which is only 2 klms from the beach and the beautiful Arenal Bay area of Javea with its cafes, bars, restaurants, shops and large sandy beach.
The villa is on a very private south facing sun drenched plot with an 8x4 roman end illuminated pool with steps for easy entry. The villa is built on one level and has been furnished and finished to the very highest standard and is ideally suited for all family holidaying. There is air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout the villa for your comfort whilst staying here, all three double bedrooms have mosquito blinds. There are two fully tiled bathrooms ,one ensuite. There are restaurants, supermarkets , shops all close by, however the villa is located in a very quiet residential area just two kilometeres from the famous sandy beaches of the Javea Arenal bay. Outside the villa is a solar shower located next to the pool which has ample terracing for all the family to use. There is also a barbeque for cooking outside when you wish to make full use of the villa and have those enjoyable alfresco evenings eating on the naya around the illuminated pool. The Pinosol park is a few minutes away from the villa and has a childs play area.

The villa is easily accessed from either Valencia or Alicante airports and is approximately 1hour 10 minutes drive away when using the AP7 autopista. We do have instructions available from either airport to the villa if needed.
The bright and airy modern south facing/sunny villa is ideal for an family and is furnished to a very high standard. The enclosed and gated plot has a beautiful mature garden making the illuminated pool very private with a large tiled terrace area around it and the covered naya leading from the dining room and lounge affords a very pleasant area to sit or eat. The villa and pool area has outside table, chairs and sunbeds for you to relax and enjoy the sun.
The villa is ideally situated in a quiet residential area near the beach and seafront, the Javea Golf Club and the Javea Bowls Club are only a few minutes away from the villa.
There are many locations and attractions near to Javea, Safari Park, Tera Mitica theme and nature park, Aqualandia water theme park. There is ample information in the villa to assist you in finding any local attractions.
The villa has air conditioning in the lounge, dining room and master suite, in addition there are ceiling fans to all rooms.
The villa is supplied with all bedding/ towels and are changed on a weekly basis, pool towels are not supplied. The villa is all on one level and all the rooms are easily accessed , the master suite has its own fully fitted bathroom, the other two double bedrooms have a family bathroom , both fitted with showers in the baths. The kitchen has all modern appliances and leads directly to the dining room and outside covered terrace, both having tables and six chairs, the lounge has a tosca stone fireplace with two sofas and tv, dvd and ipod dock/speakers.
The villa is fully alarmed and there is a personal safe for you to keep passports or valuables in.
There is full gas central heating throughout the villa for winter stays.

Special notes
There is a 25% non refundable deposit due on reserving the villa and the 75% balance is due not later than eight weeks prior to the holiday date . We also require a returnable 200 pound accidental damage waiver deposit to be paid with the final 75% payment to cover any damage or breakages. This is returned to you within 7days after your holiday finishes. |
