This lovely three bedroom FAMILY VILLA is located in an exclusive area of Javea with lush Mediterranean gardens and panoramic SEA VIEWS.

EXTERIOR: Outside there is private parking, extensive open and covered terraces around a pretty 8x4m kidney shaped ILLUMINATED private pool. Within the garden is a bbq, ample seating, and magnificent views towards the Mediterranean. The spacious open tiled terrace is private and has sun loungers and parasols, and the rest of the garden is planted with mature palms and fruit trees. The solarium terrace has views of the lighthouse and of the island of Ibiza which on clear days can be seen in the distance.

INTERIOR: The villa is stylishly furnished and well equiped to high standards. The spacious entrance hall leads to a large lounge with separate dining area, which in turn leads though to a spacious kitchen with modern conveniences and a breakfast dining area. There is a separate utility room with washing machine and dryer. The lounge has INTERNATIONAL TV and RADIO.

BEDROOMS: All three bedrooms are large with three double beds, however an extra single bed can be added. The master double bedroom has ensuite facilities. The whole house benefits from central heating, so is perfect for winter lets.

Inland you can enjoy the magnificent JALON and ORBA valleys with their grape, orange and almond groves set in dramatic mountain scenery.
