New apartment for rent in the complex Island of Riviera Golf in Riviera, Mijas Costa. Situated directly on the golf course Miraflores and not far from the beach ( about 800 meter. ). About 25 minutes by car from the airport Malaga.
The complex is delivered recently. The apartment is situated in a wonderful, protected park and only accessible for competent people. There are 2 outdoor swimming pools ( one walk-in with overflow ), a paddling pool and a heated indoor swimming pool with jacuzzi. For tennis lovers there are 4 tennis courts.

The three room apartment consists of a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms ( 4 persons ) and two bathrooms. Both bed rooms have large built in –cupboards. The kitchen is provided with a big fridge including freezer, electric cooker, oven with grill, microwave, washing machine and other accessories.
The apartment is installed completely new, among which airconditioning ( for refrigeration and heating ), tuner and television, with among others English, German and Dutch stations.
The wide terrace has garden-furniture with sunny beds. Linen cloths and towels are in stock.
The own parking place in the underground garage is situated directly to the hall, in which the entrance is of the elevator.

Smoking and pets are not permitted.
