The house is situated on the Monte Y Mar urbanisation in Gran Alicant. Close to all local amenities including, banks, restaurants, bars, internet café, grocery stores. Thursday market is being held just the opposite side of the house.

Santa Pola resort is only 10 minutes drive and the beach is only 800 metres from the house.

Airport only 10 minutes away.

Lounge/Dining room: Sofa sets, Television, DVD Player, Table, chairs, ceiling fan. Windows-overlooking front and rear of the property.

Kitchen: Fully tiled & equipped, ample wall and base units with worktops to compliment, stainless steel sink with mixer taps. Electric oven/hob. Fridge/freezer, Electric kettle, toaster,washing machine, wall mounted electric heater.

Shower room: Fully tiled, sanitary ware comprising of low level wc, wash hand basin mirror with light and shelf above shower.

Bedroom 1: Double bed, fully fitted wardrobes with additional storage space above, ceiling fan, bedside cabinet. Windows-overlooking front of property.

Bedroom 2: Twin bed, fully fitted wardrobes with additional storage space above, bedside cabinet, ceiling fan, window-overlooking rear of property offering views of the communal swimming pool.

Notes
Deposit of £ 30% is required to secure a booking(non refundable) and the balance outstanding to be paid within 4 weeks of departure. There will also be a holding deposit(fully refundable) for damage and breakages.Special rates for long term bookings during winter months.

A charge of 60 Euros is payable with the balance payment for cleaning and linen change.

Please note that Christmas & New Year and Easter Holiday will be charged at £200 per week
Loyalty discount of 15% will be given for repeat bookings.Special rates for long term bookings during winter months.
15% discount will be given for all bookings of 2 weeks or more during 2010.
