It is in the heart of Andalucia, 7 Km far from Rota, 22 Km from "El Puerto de Santa María" (a small but very fancy town) and Jerez, and less than 1 hour far from Sevilla, Cadiz and Tarifa. Costa Ballena is a very nice residential and turistic area with a great beach and provided with a huge variety of shops, restaurants, bars and cafes, being as well very close to bigger towns and cities to have even a bigger range of activities.

The house is distributed in 2 floors: in the lowest one (ground floor) there are the entrance hall, a fully equipped kitchen, a toilet (with shower), and a dinning and living room with direct access to the private terrace and garden. In the upper floor there are 3 bedrooms (2 double bedrooms and a single one), and a bathroom. The house is fully furnished. The communal areas of the housing state contain 2 swimming pools, 2 padel courts, a children area, and a huge garden. The complex of Costa Ballena is provided wonderful beaches, a Golf Course, sports centers, restaurants, and shops.

This is where the oldest and most famous wines of the world are found, the Jerez Sherry. This land is also the cradle of a pure and rich Mediterranean folklore, the Flamenco, legendary in the surrounding towns. Costa Ballena has 3 international airports very close: Jerez, Seville and Gibraltar. There is also a High-Speed train Madrid-Seville, city of universally recognized beauty, less than 1h far by car.
