This exquisite and luxurious ground floor, four bed roomed apartment with private pool is only a one minute walk from the beach, bars and restaurants.

Plenty of parking on the sea front, situated on the N332 - this fabulous modern apartment which will sleep up to 10 people is an amazing rental opportunity as it is an ideal location - just one minute walk to the beach, train and bus station in one direction, and with the high street one mintues walk in the opposite direction. On both routes you will come across a host of shops, bars and restaurants. As this apartment sits at the base of Altea´s famous old town, you can take a stroll up the hill through the picturesque streets to the amazing church square where you will find more bars and restaurants and arts and craft shops....

The apartment itself is decorated to a high standard and has four large bedrooms all with sky tv, 2 which lead onto the pool/patio area. One has the benefit of ensuite facilities/jacuzzi bath, shower, bidet and walk in wardobe. There is a very large kitchen and lounge area which is finished to a high specification with beautiful marble tiles and and access to patio and pool area.

The large communal bathroom also has jacuzzi bath, shower and bidet.

The fully fitted kitchen has the added benefit of fridge freezer, washing machine, oven and hob and microwave, barbeque on patio and patio furniture. The cleaner comes once a week.

Airport transfers can be arranged for a small fee.

Bookings now being taken for 2012/2013

A deposit of 25% will be required on reservations. and damages deposit of 150euros refundable on inspection of departure
