The apartment is within a stone´s throw of the beach where there are various water-sports on offer as well as a host of beach bars or chiringuitos. The apartment is literally 100 meters from the beach.
The marina of Puerto Banus is a 5 minute walk away, this is the area of bars, restaurants and night clubs where you can wine & dine and party long into the night, rubbing shoulders with local trend setters and the international jet set. The apartment is close by but in the quiet part of the port so when you decide to go home you really do leave the party behind and don’t take the noise home with you, the great location ensures for peace and quiet when you want to get away from it all.
For shopping the boutiques of Puerto Banus as well the “Marina Banus” shopping centre and of course the “el Corte Ingles” department store are all within an easy 5 minute stroll from the apartment. As is the daily open air summer craft market, the multi-screen cinema and don’t miss Saturdays “mercadillo” or market selling everything from fruit and veg. to costly antiques and everything in between.
Ideal for golfers, the complex is situated 10 minutes drive from the golf courses Los Naranjos, Las Brisas, Aloha, Guadalmina.
If you feel the need to go further afield Marbella centre is 5 mins by car or bus, Fuengirola 20 mins, with Malaga and the airport 40 mins away.
The apartment itself is located on the 4th floor and has a light and airy feel to it. The apartment sleeps 2 people in a doble bed, thus is ideal for couples. Kitchen is in an independent room.
One of the nicest features is the lovely west facing terrace with fantastic sea views, perfect for soaking up the afternoon sun or alfresco dining as there is a table and seating for 4 people.
The urbanization counts on lush tropical communal gardens, a paddle tennis court, 24 hour security with a guard always present at the entrance to the complex. A communal swimming pool with plenty of area for soaking up the sun on any of the sun loungers that are provided free of charge.
