Holiday cottage for rent in Soller

Casa Petita is a spacious old stone semi-detached cottage, totally reformed using traditional materials, such as old terracotta floor tiles and old pine beams, maintaining its warm rustic atmosphere.

It has one bedroom, with a double bed. A cot is available on request. The sofa downstairs converts into another double bed.

The cottage sits at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac and has its own stone patio, scented by lavender, jasmin and a magnolia tree, with an al-fresco dining area.

The house is tastefully furnished and fully equipped, including Satellite TV, a fireplace and central heating throughout.

The cottage is situated within walking distance of the historic villages of Soller, Fornalutx and Biniaraix. It sits in the foothills of the highest mountains of the Tramuntana Range (ideal for biking and walking holidays), within the sunny valley of Soller and its orange groves, just 2 km (20 minute walk) to the centre, with its shops, food market, many restaurants and sunny terraces.

The Port of Soller (10 min.drive) offers one of the few large sand beaches in the north of the island. Also, a short drive away are some of the islands best kept secrets: the exclusive village of Deia, the monastery of Lluch, the beach of La Calobra, the mountain lakes of Cuber and Gorg Blau, and the spectacular National Park of the Tramuntana mountain range.

The closest golf course is Son Termens, a 30 minute drive away, it takes non members (Par: 72 ; 5.572 m ; 18 Holes ; Green Fee approx. 60 €).

The owners of Casa Petita, a friendly young English-Spanish family with three kids, live next door in the big "finca" attached to the cottage. They welcome you on arrival and are also on hand during your stay.
