Set high on the hill side overlooking the sea and the old town the house is in an enviable position to enjoy all that Peniscola has to offer. Less than 1km from the glorious sandy beaches where you will find 6km of sandy beach, or stroll among the narrow cobbled streets of the Old Town where you will find numerous restaurants, tapas bars, and unique shops. Spend evenings dinning out on the large terrace and taking in the views. Away from the coast you can enjoy walking in the hills of the national park, or spend time in the neighbouring towns of Benecarlo and Vinaros.

The house offers accommodation for 6 in 3 bedrooms - 2 of which have balconies to enjoy the views. There is one bathroom with bath with shower over, and a further washroom and toilet down stairs. the living accommodation is open plan where you will find a fully equipped kitchen, dinning area, and lounge area with sofas for relaxing and DVD and satellite TV for your entertainment. A short 10 minute walk from the house will take you to the community pool complex, with its large pool and terraces, bar and restaurant which offers day time and evening entertainment.

For your convenience there is parking to the side of the house or in the garage beneath. (a car is recommended)

Notes
Deposit: 25% Deposit to Confirm Reservation. Balance due 6 weeks prior to Arrival, at which point the Rental Fee is Non-Refundable.

A €150 security deposit is required with the final payment. This is refundable on safe return of the keys, less costs to cover any damage/breakages.

Cleaning Fees: 85 Euros.

Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
Children friendly place, however must be supervised by adults especially around terraces and balconies.
