The Penthouse comprises of 2 bedrooms, one is a double and the other is twin bedded. Shower room, living/dining room that seats. four, well fitted kitchen with hob, oven, fridge, freezer, iron and ironing board, toaster, microwave and washing machine.

The apartment has air conditioning for the summer and also heating for the winter evenings.

House linen is provided, please bring your own beach towels.

The apartment is in a quiet residential area and has the benefit of Satellite TV, wifi, dvd.

Facing South and West the apartment benefits from all day sun.

Balcony, terrace, patio furniture and car parking to the rear.

Activities within easy reach include golf, sailing, scuba diving, aqua park to name a few, and the ski resorts are only 2 hours drive.

Notes
Bookings are Saturday-Saturday.
Easter, Christmas and New Year 350 pounds per week.
Long term rental from November until end of March 1.000 Euros per month (750 pounds per month) excluding services.

All rental rates to be paid in local currency ie: Euros

Cot and high chair 44 Euros (30 pounds) per rental.

300 Euros (200 pounds) refundable breakage deposit payable one month before arrival, to confirm booking a 50% deposit cheque has to be sent, balance cheque one month before arrival.

Final cleaning is included in all fees. If extra cleaning is necessary, the cost will be deducted from the 200 pounds deposit.
