There are 4 large double bedrooms 2 with ensuite facilities and a further sitting room with a seperate kitchen and ensuite, in total four bathrooms. This villa is ideal to enjoy a holiday. This beautiful part of Spain is quite unknown to many, yet probably Spains best kept secret, with the beautiful Mar Menor (little sea, a salt water lagoon divided from the mediterranean by the La Manga strip).
Almond trees and windmills add to the beauty of the landscape of this area.
Climate - The World Health Organisation classifies the Costa Calida in Spain as the healthiest in Europe with approx 300 days of sun & over 2700 hours of sunshine which equates to over 8 hours a day of beautiful blue skies, warm days and fire red sunsets. Where the temperatures in winter can average 15+ degrees.
Holiday Information We do include in the villa a comprehensive guide of the whole area with places to visit. This includes local towns, markets, major supermarkets, Restaurants and resorts.
In January there is the Carnival to look forward to.There is the 3 Kings celebration. At Easter the whole area is a must from the Medieval Fair in Los Alcazares to the pageant of the Easter parades in Cartagena and in most of the surrounding towns.
