The apartment has one large bedroom with a double bed and one small bedroom with a smaller double bed. Each bedroom has its own door with access through a main corridor. Bathroom with shower. Small well equipped kitchen.
Large sunny terrace partially shaded with sunblinds, overlooking green garden.
Air-condition/ heating, summer/ winter included in price. Good facilities for elderly and disabled, elevators and easy access.
Swimming pool in large garden, not heated in the winter season. Friendly, English speaking staff at the reception desk offer guidance to the facilities. Private parking space in the courtyard.
Bus no. 33 departs from main entrance and to Malaga City Centre regularly, a 15 min. drive.
Shopping in nearby Cerrado de Calderon with supermarket, bakery, newspapers etc. Stroll down to popular El Palo beach promenade with restaurants and good sand beach. Daily local market for fresh vegetables, fish and meat in Palo Centre and weekly street market for clothing, vegetables, sweets, dried fruit, flowers etc. And of course don’t miss the great sights in Malaga: The Picasso Museum, CAC Malaga, the Alameda, the cathedral and the bustling, narrow streets in the inner city.
