This gorgeous villa is located in the quiet urbanization Las Chapas Playa, just 15 minutes eastwards from Marbella center and set on 3 levels. Beside the big villa itself and tasteful interior, the fact that it is only 50 meters away from the mediterranean sea, makes it a perfect place for a fantastic holiday with your family and friends. It offers 5 bedrooms in total and space for up to 9 persons. The main entrance opens on to a large living and dining room with acces to the terrace. The fully fitted kitchen is next to the dining the same floor are the guest cloakroom and two twin bedrooms with ensuite bathroom. The upper floor contains two large bedrooms with ensuite bathroom, airconditioning and acces to a large terrace with incredible views to the sea. The fifth bedroom is at the basement level with day light and a shower room. Garage for 4 cars. Outside you find a lovely garden with a huge private swimming pool and the nice furnished, covered terrace.
