THIS IS A LUXURY HOME FOR THE SOLE USE OF THOSE WHO WISH TO SPEND TIME IN THE PEACE AND QUIET OF THE BEAUTIFUL FOR YOUR SOLE USE.
IT HAS THE CONVENIENCE OF THE FACILITIES OF COMPETA, AN ADALUCIAN WHITE VILLAGE, ONLY A FEW MINUTES CAR RIDE AWAY OR A TWENTY MINUTE STROLL THROUGH BEAUTIFUL COUNTRYSIDE TO THE VILLAGE.
30 miles from Malaga airport, the villa is situated in 5000 sq. mtrs. of beauiful gardens with breathtaking views of the surrounding areas. It has a covered/open pool, roof top sun-deck, large covered patio area, pool table, darts. The villa is a beautifully appointed, a real home from home, with air con., washing machine,dishwasher, micro wave etc. The large main bedroom has a king sized water bed, fully fitted wardrobes and large fully equiped en-suite. The second bedroom has a double bed and full fitted wardrobes. There is a seperate dining room with double patio doors giving spectular views, and a large sitting room with a t.v. video . Fully fitted kitchen with gas hob and oven. Outside there is a utility building that houses the washing machine . There is also a charcoal barbeque.
The elevated position of the villa means there are spectular views all round, from the Sierra mountains to the wonderful Mediterrean coast and even North Africa with the most spectacular sunsets.
The local white village of Competa if within walking distance or a short drive from the villa and has many excellent restaurants along with shops, bank and a small local market every Staurday.
Only 25 mins from the old fishing village of Nerja or Torre del Mar, 1hr30min from Granada and the Alhambra Palace or 1 hour from the beautiful old city of Malaga. There are several good golf courses within the vicinity, PLUS free use of golf clubs and fishing tackle. Welcome pack is provided.
