This lovely villa offers approx.192 sqm of living on a plot of 400sqm. The villa is south west oriented, inviting you with enough space for up to 10 persons and is located in the urbanization Jardines De Atalaya, close to San Pedro De Alcantara, 15Minutes from Marbella centre, 10 Minutes to the boulevard of Estepona and just 800m from the sea.

The villa has 5 bedrooms (upstairs: 2 double bed rooms and 1 room with 2 single beds, downstairs are 2 bedrooms with each 2 single beds. 3 bathrooms, 2 of them upstairs (1 is en-suite at the master bedroom) and 1 small bathroom on the 1st level with shower and wc. Spacious lounge with a flat screen tv, dvd and audio system and dining table for 6 persons, a fully equipped kitchen, independent aircondition units upstairs and downstairs in the living room. Private parking with carport. Private swimming pool 7,5m x 4 m which is ideal for children. At the urbanisation in the same street (30m distance) is also a bigger and slightly deeper shared community pool.
There is a BBQ outside, 2 terrace tables with each 6 chairs where you can have dinner, drink a nice glass of wine and look over the pool and the plants of the garden that surround the whole house.

The villa is built on 2 storeys with a balcony upstairs, which you can access from the master bedroom,
and a roof terrace on top. This is a perfect place to enjoy a great holiday.

There are many excellent golf courses so as Atalaya Golf 2km (5min),El Paraiso Golf Club 4,5km (9Min), Los Arqueros and La Quinta Golf both 8km (12 min) just to name some of them.
