The villa has 450 m/2 built in two plants, with the following distribution:
- Ground floor: hall, entrance hall, dining room, living room with chimney, office, cooks and toilets.
- First floor: distributing hall that gives access to 5 double bedrooms. The main bedroom encompasses full bathroom and terrace. The second bedroom also encompasses bathroom. In the same floor there are the other 3 double bedrooms and an additional bathroom. All the bedrooms are large and comfortable.
- Cellar: great hall games with table of table-tennis, HI-FI equipment and bathroom with shower.
Outside there are garden, petanca game zone, skittles etc. The swimming pool is fenced, very sunny throughout the day and without views from the outside. It is equipped with a water purifier and automatic bottom cleaner. The swimming pool maintenance is carried out by the property.
Great communication means to Madrid downtown through the M-40. The villa is 500 meters far from the El Corte Inglés great stores and the railway station.
Ideal for family stays, good for summer as winter times, business groups and events and for tourist visiting Madrid and the environs.
COMFORTS:
At the guest entry the villa is totally clean and provided with sheets and towels for all the people (up to 10) staying. The kitchen counts on all the necessary elements including an induction cooker. Two refrigerators with freezer, microwaves, coffee machine and toaster. Dinning is also fully equipped. All the rooms are furnished and decorated totally with simplicity but with much comfort to be like at your own house. The price includes all the expenses of water and electricity. The gas for the heating is at the guest own expense.
PRICES:
1800 € PER WEEK. A DISCONUNT COULD BE APPLIED FOR LONGER STAYS.
500€ SHALL BE PAYED AS MINIMUM RESERVATION FOR 1 WEEK.
TOTAL PAYMENT SHALL BE MADE FOR THE STAY AT THE ENTRY DATE.
500€ SHALL BE PAYED AS GUARANTEE AT THE ENTRY DATE.
