Carboneras is a traditional Spanish fishing village , with the most unspoiled Beaches on the Spanish is ideal for family holidays as there are no major roads between the house and the beach and all facilities are in easy walking distance.
In winter there is an ample choice of places to visit as it is on the edge of the Cabo de Gata National park,see google .
Granada is only 2 hours away on an almost empty motorway .
Mojacar is 20 minute drive , if you get nostalgic for the UK

The town does not die in winter as its not a resort that depends exclusively on tourism , and all restaurants and bars are open all the year round and cater mainly to locals.
The house is a traditional Moorish / andalucian building with thick walls and high ceilings , to keep cool in summer and warm in Winter.There is a wood burning stove as well as a fireplace
The street is very quiet , and almost all the people have lived there for several generations, you ll be in Real Spain .
A car is not essential as you can walk everywhere and the bus stop to Almeria is 100 yards from the house.There is also a daily bus to Murcia and Madrid.
Bread is delivered daily to the front door
The house has 4 terraces, so you can always choose between sun and there 300 days of sun here.There is also a bedroom on the roof
which is very pleasant in the summer months..a mezzanine bedrom with a low ceiling which is suitable for children or there is more room in summer.

Amazing Townhouse

This rental is a fantastic choice--great location, low price, and friendly owner. We plan on returning as soon as possible. We wholeheartedly recommend both the town and this townhouse.
