This exclusive luxury villa is located at 25 meters from the sea in the exclusive town of Gavamar. This town is very quiet and safe.

It has four levels and a total of seven rooms in which up to 18 people can spend a great holidays. Four of these rooms are standard and there are three special rooms: a loft located in the top floor of the house, a suite and a semi-suite.

The loft has 81 m2 and you can use it to create an independent ambient if you want. The suite and the semi-suite (22m2) will provide more comfort and privacy than the other rooms. All of them have spectacular views and sounds from the sea.

The dining room and kitchen (65m2) are perfectly integrated and can be easily divided by glass doors.

The garden area is about 600 m2 and includes a barbecue zone in order to celebrate great dinners with your friends or family.

The house has a big garage with capacity to up to 4 big cars.

Gavamar is only 20 minutes away from Barcelona and less than ten to the main airport of Barcelona. There are golf courses at less than 15 minutes.
