This townhouse on the Golden Mile is ideal anytime of year for families, golfers or those who just want to get away.

This self catering holiday townhouse is located within the heart of the Golden Mile in the quiet and very family friendly complex of Jardines de Dona Maria. Starting from the outside is the privately enclosed garden, ideal for families, with a charcoal BBQ pit. It’s the perfect sun spot all day and late into the evening. The terrace as well is perfect for relaxation in the evening sun. Inside you have the spacious living room with perfect sofas for relaxing. The kitchen has all the mod-cons including an outside utility room for hanging up the washing. All 3 bedrooms are upstairs. The Master bedroom has access to a terrace and en-suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi bath. The other two bedrooms share a family bathroom. One of the bedrooms has a double bed and the other one has bunk beds plus a single bed, which fits under the bunk bed if not needed. This family townhouse has A/C, Sky TV and access from the living room down to the underground parking. On request we can provide stair gates. The gated complex lends itself well to families. There are two swimming pools and a children’s pool, a grassy children’s play area, a gym, sauna and paddle tennis courts. Within walking distance, 2 km, there are amenities and the nearest beach by Puente Romano.

LOCATION
The Golden Mile stretches along Puerto Banús to the Centre of Marbella where the rich and famous settled and the renowned Marbella Club and Puento Romano are located. From the townhouse the easiest beach to reach is straight down and cross the road by the Puento Romano traffic lights. From there you can walk through the Puente Romano resort to the beach. Here you have the perfect stretch of beach with a little bay, chiringuitos (Beach restaurants)and plenty of ice cream and bucket and spade stands. For the exercise minded, or those who enjoy early morning or early evening walks the beach promenade links all the way into Marbella and in the other direction to Puerto Banus and San Pedro de Alcántara Marbella Centre is split in two with the Old Town (Casco Antiguo) on one side of the High Street and the promenade and beach on the other. Along the streets leading to the beach there are many boutiques – Sightseeing and shopping combined! Keep in mind that most shops (not on the high street) close for siesta. The siesta time is the perfect time to sit back and enjoy some tapas with a caña (Small beer) and admire your shopping skills. For the Golfers there are an array of courses, Aloha Golf, Rio Real, Los Naranjos and Las Brisas, all within a 10 minutes drive. The closest is Monte Mayor at a mere 3km. The Golden Mile really makes a good base for your holiday as it’s accessible from the main road, A-7, making it that much easier to visit other towns. The Costa del Sol isn’t just about the beaches and relaxation, there is plenty to see and do; The Alhambra in Granada, Bio Parc in Fuengirola, The White Towns of Ronda, Gaucín and Casares, Estepona Port and town or you can even take a day trip to Gibraltar or Morocco.

Notes
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required when booking the villa. The other half of the rent is due in cash on arrival to the villa. The minimum stay in the townhouse is 7 days.

Payments can be made via bank transfer, PayPal (+3.5% fee) or credit cards (+3.5% fee).

We take a security deposit of €500 in cash on arrival to the house, this will be returned on departure after a thorough check of the house. We take an electric meter reading on arrival and departure from the house. A fair amount is included in the rent, but excessive use will be deducted from the security deposit.

You will be met by one of our representatives who lives near by with keys and shown around the house. There will also be a phone number given in case you need assistance during your stay.

Linen & bath towels are provided. For information about welcome packs, extra linen, cots, high chairs or anything else you may require please contact us.

Check in time is 4 pm (unless agreed to in writing)
Check out time is 10 am (unless agreed to in writing)
