Beautiful 3 bedroom luxury penthouse apartment rental in Los Olivos in Los Arqueros Golf Resort. This 3 bedroom self catering holiday penthouse apartment is bright and spacious. You can enjoy the sea view from most of the rooms in the apartment. The apartment has everything you need for a family holiday in the South of Spain. The pictures speak for themselves.

The best feature of the apartment is the spacious terraces. You can dine on the roof terrace and relax in the lounge area on the terrace off from the living room. From both you can enjoy the views of the valley going down to the sea. There is also bbq on the roof terrace for those al fresco dinners that everybody loves in Spain.

LOCATION
Los Arqueros Golf and Country Club is set in one of the most tranquil and stunning settings, amongst the Ronda hills, just a short drive from San Pedro de Alcantara, Puerto Banus and Marbella.

Los Arqueros has lovely scenic views all the way down to the sea. The exclusive and luxurious development comprises a superb 18 holes golf course (designed by Severiano Ballesteros).

Los Arqueros Country Club offers paddle tennis, tennis, squash, gym, sauna, football and a kid´s playground, everything you need to enjoy an exceptional holiday. The atmosphere at the club is friendly and welcoming.

There are many other golf clubs nearby and we can arrange discounted green fees at many of them. Also, if you wish that extra freedom of being able to fully explore the beautiful province of Andalucia, we can help you with car hire, at discounted rates.

Notes
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required when booking the apartment. The other half of the rent is due in cash on arrival to the apartment. The minimum stay in the apartment is 7 days.

Payments can be made via bank transfer, PayPal (+3.5% fee) or credit cards (+3.5% fee).

We take a security deposit of €300 in cash on arrival to the apartment, this will be returned on departure after a thorough check of the apartment. We take an electric meter reading on arrival and departure from the apartment. A fair amount is included in the rent, but excessive use will be deducted from the security deposit.

You will be met by one of our representatives who lives near by with keys and shown around the apartment. There will also be a phone number given in case you need assistance during your stay.

Linen & bath (not beach) towels are provided. For information about extra linen, cots, high chairs or anything else you may require please contact us.

Check in time is 4 pm (unless agreed to in writing)
Check out time is 10 am (unless agreed to in writing)
