Casa al-Munecab is a Moorish villa with a private swimming pool situated in the hinterland of Almuñécar (Costa Tropical). The villa has a living room, a dining room, four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen and utility room, a large porch with fine Moorish arches, and a pool house. The villa has air-conditioning/heating and a fire place, is fitted with all modern conveniences (including internet), and is furnished with high quality furniture (including a piano) and good quality mattresses.
Casa al-Munecab is beautifully located at the end of a hill stretching into the peaceful valley of the Rio Seco and surrounded by a private estate of 4150 m² with olive, pine, and avocado trees. The hills around the villa are covered with vast orchards of tropical fruits. The terrace around the house is fringed with avocado trees. A wide and gentle stairway leads to the private pool. The large pool terrace offers magnificent views over the mountains and the sea. The pool house has a WC, a shower and a kitchenette.
The mountainous hinterland of Almuñécar creates a subtropical microclimate in which exotic plants and tropical fruits flourish and which guarantees year round a pleasant stay at one of the many beaches. Almuñécar is a pleasant Mediterranean town, with a picturesque old centre, enjoyable plazas, uncountable bars and restaurants, visited mainly by Spanish tourists. The golf court of Motril is at 30 minutes, the ski resort of the Sierra Nevada at an hour and a half.
The bedrooms have comfortable beds with good quality mattresses. They are all furnished with air-conditioning and heating. You will always find the beds made. Two cots and two highchairs are available.
The Moorish-style tiled main bathroom has a bath, sink, shower and a separate WC. The smaller bathroom has a shower cabin, a sink and a WC. Towels are ready for you.
The living and dining room are tastefully furnished with high quality furniture and are equipped with air-conditioning and heating units. In the colder months you can use the fire place. There is a modern big-screen satellite TV and a dvd/cd/mp3-player.
You have a dongle at your disposal for access to internet at cost price.
The modern kitchen is fitted out with all modern conveniences: gas hob with 4 burners, electrical oven, grill/convection microwave, dishwasher, two-door refrigerator, coffee maker, hand blender, toaster. In the utility room you find the washing machine and dryer, another two-door refrigerator, and the iron and ironing board.
