A spacious lounge / dining area provides you with satellite flat screen TV (all main UK channels), DVD/ipod player, music system, contemporary and intimate lighting. There is a large selection of CDs, DVDs, books and games. Large patio doors open onto a sunny balcony. A ceiling fan complements the cooling summer breeze.

A large and very well equipped modern kitchen, balconies with tables and chairs off 2 of the bedrooms and the lounge for those early morning coffees in the sun.

There is heating throughout for the winter months, air conditioning in the lounge and 1 double bedroom, and ceiling fans in the lounge and all the bedrooms for the summer months.

This apartment is in the heart of the town very close to the main Rambla Principal and only a 15 minute stroll to the beach.
