A modern detached single storey villa with wonderful views of the Mediterranean, situated in a quiet residential area of Torrox Park. The master bedroom has a king size bed and en suite bathroom, the second bedroom also has a king size bed and there is a large bathroom with shower cubicle. There is a large lounge with doors overlooking the terrace and garden, the kitchen has all appliances including oven, hob, extractor hood, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave.
There is a garden, terrace and swimming pool and a roof terrace with fantastic views of the surroundings and south facing views towards the Mediterranean.
Within walking distance there are two supermarkets, bars, and several good restaurants, it is a 10 minute walk to the beach where there are additional bars and restaurants.
Nerja is approximately 7 minutes by car along the coast road and also Torrox Costa is 5 minutes drive away with a lovely promenade, shops, restaurants and bars.
Malaga Airport is approximately 45 minutes drive and airport transfer can be arranged if required.

Notes
25% non refundable deposit with booking, balance of payment one month before departure + £200 damage deposit which will be returnable upon villa inspection. The villa will be cleaned and laundered before your arrival and after departure.
The pool will be cleaned once a week.
