This attractive new apartment has been built in a distinctly Andalucian style on a beautiful new enclosed residential complex with controlled access in Vera playa on the Costa de Almeria.

The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 double and 1 twin + a sofa bed, 2 bathrooms one of which is ensuite.

The lounge/diner is very comfortably furnished with television, SKY TV, Playstation 1 & 2, DVD and hi-fi. The fully fitted kitchen includes dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer and washing machine etc. There is air-conditioning and central heating.

Patio doors lead from the lounge on to a terrace area which has a table and 4 chairs, which overlooks the pool. The complex has very attractive landscaped gardens with tropical plants and water falls . There are two outdoor pools, two childrens splash pools, childrens play area, a fully equipped spa and fitness centre, an indoor heated pool, jacuzzi, tennis & paddle courts. There is a covered parking space for your hire car.

Will be only 1 hours drive from the new Paramount Theme Park In Murcia once building is complete. Also less than an hours drive from the new Corvera International Airport in Murcia due to open in Sept 2011.

Desert Springs golf club as less than 10 min drive away, there are numerous golf courses all within easy reach. The Beach is less an 1KM away, The waterpark is also less than 1Km.
