The main en-suite bedroom is furnished with a king size bed and bedroom 2 with twin beds. The large main bathroom is equipped with wc, bidet, hand basin and bathtub. There are fantastic 180 degree view over the mediterranean, and the bay of La Herradura. You can enjoy complete privacy lazing by the pool or relaxing one of the terraces. The property has private underground parking. You are within easy walking distance of the town centre with its shops, restaurants, markets and bars (where complimentary tapas are still served). There are a further 1 community pools (open high season) and a tennis courts available for use. The Costa Tropical is renown for its unique subtropical microclimate with very little rain due to the close proximity of the high Sierras and the North African coastline. You can easily drive to the famous ski resort of Sierra Nevada for a days nearby water park (open high season) is a short walk away and as are a variety of water sports including sailing, windsurfing, diving, etc. Other activities include paragliding, horse riding, hiking and various clubs and discotheques along the coast. There are two 18-hole golf courses within a half-an-hour drive and a further course 45 minutes away. The Sierra Nevada ski resort is within easy driving distance for a days skiing.

Malaga and Granada airports are both app. one hour away. La Herradura is ideally located for taking an excursion to some of the wonderful sights the southern coast of Spain has to offer. Spectacular mountains unspoilt white towns, historic monuments, all within easy reach. You can go to the beach in the morning, and in the afternoon visit local villages as Nerja 15 min. Otivar, Jete or Lentejí or Las Alpujarras, which are a series of mountain foothills. Sierra Nevada ski area 1 hour away.
