The modern villa is located direct on the quiet beach of Hospitalet del Infante, a small village 14 km south of Cambrils.
The distance to the beach is not more than 100 meters.There is NO noise from traffic or new constructions!!
From the huge terrace you have a magnificent vue on the Mediterranian Sea. There is enough furniture on the terrace: two white settees, a matching table for the lounge suites, a big parasol, 6 lazy sunbeds, 2 high bar-tables and enough garden-chairs and tables to have dinner in the garden. The bbq is moveable and can be lit everywhere you like.
The swimmingpool has a good size: 9.00 x 5.00 meters.
Inside the vlla you find a big modern kitchen with everything you need, a big living-room, 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Outside there is another bathroom. There is airconditioning everywhere and there are two garages, one can be used for the car and the other one is used to store all kind of terrace furniture, bicycles etc.
