It is located in a quiet urbanization called Club Del Mar 800 meters from the beach with all amenities close by.
On the property you can find small foodshops , barber (haircut and hairstyling) massage, a bar.
Less than 2 minutes walk to 3 supermarkets a very cozy place called Fontana garden with several restaurants,
icecreambars, clothing shops, leather, shoes, swing club... .
5 minutes walk to the beach and 15 minutes walk to nudist beach.
In 1996 the apartment was totally reformed:
- New floors, kitchen, bathroom, white goods, furniture, doors, windows - cosy and charming.
In 2005 the master bed was renewed and in 2007 the sofa bed and all living seatings were bought brand new.

There is a good open bathroom with shower and bath.
But the place you will spend most off your time is at the delightful south facing terrace directly overlooking the pool and the garden, with 3 tennis courts basket/soccer field and minigolf .
It has room for dining and enjoying the sun.
