Bookings are weekly with flexible changeover days except in peak times. Weekly cleaning and outdoor maintenance :40 euros per week : Linen and towels included and changed once a week. please bring your own beach towels. Welcome packs provided on request.
To confirm your booking we must receive a signed booking form plus a deposit of 50% of the total cost of the holiday. The balance must be paid in full at least 4 weeks prior to the arrival date.
in our opinion the property is not suitable for toddlers or small children, therefore we will only accept children over the age of 7. The property is not advisable for people with serious mobility difficulties.
