A gate at the end of the garden gives access to a path leading to the beach, a mere 5 minutes stroll away. The sandy beach is protected on both sides by rock formations and is very child-friendly. There are several restaurants with terraces along the beach where you can sip your drink and eat some tapas while the children are playing on the beach.
The accomocation for ten persons includes a large living area, 4 double bedrooms sharing two bathrooms and a fifth bedroom with a bathroom en suite. The large kitchen is fully equipped and gives access to the spacious veranda and wide plane garden.
The pantry corner includes a washing machine, dryer and second fridge-freezer combination.
Accomodation
The 350m2 house covers two floors and a large three cars garage in the basement. The house is divided in two parts:
Left of the luminous main entrance are situated the four double bedrooms, kitchen and guest toilet. On the right side you find the large living-room with the fire place. All rooms have access to the veranda and garden. The bedrooms are grouped two by two, each group sharing one bathroom with walk-in shower. Every bedroom is equipped with built-in cupboards and has a nice garden and sea oriented view.
The fully equipped kitchen has his own entrance near the parking lot (easy for shoppings) and access to the veranda where you can eat comfortably or relax in the shade.
Both sides of the house are connected via the entrance-hall.
Entering the large open living area at the right-hand side you will find the dining table to seat 10 and the spacious living room with the fire-place and satelite TV,DVD and CD corner. Furnished in a modern, comfortable style. The main hall gives access to the first floor existing of: the master bedroom with luxury en-suite bathroom with bath, walk-in shower, toilet and bidet. Large second room with computer area with ADSL/WIFI Internet facility. Both rooms have access to a large sea-mountain view terrace.
As the large garden is very plane the children can enjoy playing and swimming in the large kidspool. Adults can play jeu des boules or badminton.
