This large villa in Puerto Banus is set in private gardens, has a swimming pool and even boasts its own outdoor pavillion.

All the rooms are large and decorated to a good standard.

The gardens provide many sunny spots to sunbathe in ... or why not lay next to the pool! If you prefer a bit of shade, then the pavillion provides a great place to hide away, or for elegant dinning alongside the pool. This house is very tastefully presented - the kitchen is large and the lounge is light, airy and provides a relaxing atmosphere. The villa is an ideal location for those who enjoy their own space and privacy but also like to be able to walk to the bustling night life of Puerto Banus (less than ten minutes walk) with its shops, bars and restaurants and famous nightlife

The beautiful sandy beaches with beach bars are also just a short walk away.

NB. There are also stairs at the back of the villa which lead onto a private roof top solarium

(from the road to the garden there is a flight of stairs, which makes this house inappropriate for anyone with mobility difficulties)

Notes
The villa is one of the closest villas to Puerto Banus harbour. You can walk to the port with the restaurants, bars and beaches all within about eight to ten minutes. There is a private garden, pool, sun loungers and large BBQ. Good for sun bathing in the day and going to the bars, restaurants etc at night.

Notes
Payment terms:
A deposit of 30% is required within 7 days of booking by bank transfer (in Sterling or Euro). The balance is payable 6 weeks before arrival by bank transfer, on arrival in EURO cash or by credit card (plus 1.5% handling commission).

Cots and High Chairs:
Childrens cot + high chair for hire - 50 Euros per week.

Internet Access:
An internet dongle provided by Vodafone is available for hire at 10 euros plus the cost of the downloaded data (please ask for prices).

Security deposit:
Refundable security deposit of 500 Euros is required. This is taken by credit card on arrival and returned to the same card within a week of departure provided there is no damage or breakages in the property. This may be higher for younger groups.

Larger groups of 9 or more
An extra 100 Euros per person will be charged for groups of NINE or more.

Other:
For Easter weekend, please add 10%
