A spectacular, exclusive and luxurious single-floor villa situated on a plot of 1000m2, with a floor area of 250m2.
This very special villa has a number of features that offer our most discerning guests an undoubtedly touch of distinction
From Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 12:00, you will count with a butler, who takes care of cleaning and any requests you may have.
A golf buggy is also provided for short 'walks'within the resort (not authorised for people under 18).
The spectacular pool and panoramic views speak for themselves.
There are two private pools – a main pool and a children´s pool, which could be heated just by a 20.-€/night surcharge.
Hi-Fi equipment is included on the main terrace and in all bedrooms.
Distances:
- 200 meters to hole n º 1, and to the clubhouse / restaurant ( Casa Club), also to the pro - shop, the minimarket and the taxi rank.
- 600 meters (4 minutes afoot) to the Sheraton Salobre Golf and SPA HOTEL.
- 8 minutes by car to the MASPALOMAS, Amadores, Puerto Rico and Playa del Ingles.
- 30 minutes (35 km) by car to the Airport.

-Smoking shall be allowed only at the wonderful and wide terraces (this is the way we request you to be respectful with future clients)
- This particular villa counts with a 'BUTLER' (included in the price), who will take care of daily cleanings and any request you may have from Monday until Friday and between 08:30 and 12:00 midday.
- A weekly cleaning (with towels and bed linen change) for stays longer than 1 week shall be also in price included.
-SHERATON HOTEL VIP Card, which offers you some privileges by using Sheraton's facilities is also in price included,
