The architecture of this Village is the result of a modern design with wide spaces and first quality materials used in the construction of it. The Villa consist of 115 m2 construction, all on one only stage, making the use of it easier and more confortable on a total of 380 m2. This villa is located on the corner of the urbanization. The living-room conects directly to the garden through a fantastic and confortable open space terraze, all of it with great views of hills and mountains of Gran Canaria and the Golf Course in front of you. Three confortable rooms, the main one with the bathroom in it, and one more bathroom close to the other two. The kitchen has all the electric devices you could need, A. C. In the whole house as well as heat for those rare cold nights. Your own parking place right in front of the main entrance door. Also your own 8 x 4 m2 climatized swimming pool in your own nice garden which sorrounds the village.
From any of the different places of the living-room, you will be able to see and take advantage of the quiet and peaceful enviroment and view. The natural view of the place, the Golf Course, the Montains and your own garden with a climatizad swimming pool for enjoing a swimmig all day long, even during the nigth.

Photo 4: The terrace is very spaceful, covered by a natural bamboo to protect us from the sun. On one side of the terraze is the living-room, and on the other side our "neighbours", they are the Golf Course and the Mountains. It is decorated with modern design furniture, with a table for eight people, where you can have breakfast or a nice dinner. A couple of very confortable sofaas for a nice talk with your family or friends. Enjoing Spanish wine or any other drink will make it an unforgetable and marvellous stay.
Photo 5: Another view of the terrace, a night picture where you can feel a very peaceful stay, with relax, dreams and a long etc .... The terraze, with all the furnitures, candles, and a very carefull treated garden, will make possible a nice barbacue or a nice bath in the climatized swimming pool treated with one hundred porcent natural products.
Photo 6: We can observe the kitchen complety integrated in the living-room and dinnig-room. The kitchen has all the electric devices you could need, in order to make your stay very confortable and you feel you are not missing anything. Close to the kitchen there is a nice solana. The dinnig-room is very nice, with a modern table made of glass and steel for eight people.

- All our Villas respect FREE environments OF SMOKES (NOT SMOKERS); for this pleasure, all the Villas possess a few wonderful and wide terraces where to be able to enjoy smoking, but it is not allowed to smoke inside the Villas, and this way we are respectful with future clients.
