A superb villa in natural settings, where you can enjoy a pleasant and comfortable holiday in Salobre Golf Resort, located south of Gran Canaria, just five minutes drive from the beautiful beach of Maspalomas, world renowned for its fine sand dunes and wonderful all-year-round climate. Here you can combine sport and beach with relaxation and comfort in an atmosphere in an intimate and exclusive environment. This is a complex of modern design, perfectly integrated into the environment with spectacular views of the sea, mountains and golf course of 18 + 9 holes.
The villa has two large bedrooms, one on the first floor, with a double bed, en-suite bathroom and large windows, providing plenty of natural sunlight. The other bedroom is situated on the ground floor, with twin beds and also an en-suite bathroom. The bedrooms have everything required for a comfortable stay: safes, ironing boards, large wardrobes, etc..
Photo 3: Fantastic view of the living room and outside, where you can relax in absolute harmony, while at the same time enjoying a privileged view of the mountains, watch television or listen to you favourite music. This is a superb corner where you can feel “at home”, surrounded by absolute peace and comfort. On the outside, you can see a fantastic terrace with tables and chairs, an ideal place to enjoy breakfast with family and friends.
The living room area has two comfortable sofas for relaxing in front of the television. In the background is the dining area and kitchen, also very spacious with everything you need to make your stay pleasant and comfortable.
Photo 5: A private heated swimming pool, where you can enjoy a cooling and relaxing swim after sunbathing on one of the comfortable loungers. With a small pleasant garden, this is the perfect place for a well-deserved rest.
