Superbly located in Torre Vieja de Macaca, Nerja with panoramic sea, beach & mountain views. Situated in an elevated prime position, directly on the Mediterranean coastline benefitting from spectaculour breathtaking views.

Living Area: spacious lounge with satellite t.v. (freeview English & Irish channels). Comfortably furnished with a 6 seater corner leather sofa, dining table & chairs. Patio doors leading onto balcony offering superb frontline sea views directly overlooking the Mediterranean.

Kitchen: fully equipped modern kitchen with electric hob, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher & washing machine.

Bedroom 1: double bed leading onto with panoramic sea views.

Bedroom 2: twin beds leading onto balcony with panoramic sea views.

Bedroom 3: twin beds.

2 Bathrooms: one on lower floor & one on upper floor. Both modern design & fully equipped with shower, hand basin & toilet.

Terrace : large poolside terrace with outdoor dining area & BBQ, set in tropical gardens with panoramic sea views.

Swimming Pool: private pool & terrace set in tropical gardens with panoramic mediterranean sea views.

Balcony : 2 large balconys on both lower & upper level. South facing & with spectaculour views, benefitting from all day sunshine.
