Holiday apartment for rent in Vic

Casas Estamener - with its beautifully decorated apartments in a cosy Catalan village - is the perfect base for enjoying the Catalan country side, trips to Barcelona 75 km. away or just to the beautiful regional capitol Vic 20 km. away.

Having let out two excellent, modern equipped country houses for some years, the family decided to restore the nearby building into four more rustic apartments of high quality. Furthermore, the ground floor was turned into a beautiful café with more room for guests in their popular bakery/café. Here you can eat your breakfast or a quick lunch if you prefer, or just go down to buy fresh bread and croissants for your breakfast in the apartment.

The house has 5 apartments:

3 apartments for 4 people
1 apartment for 5 people and
2 apartments for 7 people

The two apartments for 7 people and the one for 5 people have all a private terrace. All apartments are decorated with modern furniture’s and has air condition.

Outside, for the benefit of the guests in the apartments, a garden with swimming pool is being constructed to be ready for the summer 2009.

The building contains four apartments of different sizes. All of them has been decorated with stunning style have a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a sitting room with sofa and TV/DVD. Additionally, the building has free WiFi internet connection. The bedrooms are beautifully decorated and all of the apartments have a modern bathroom. All the apartments have access to the garden with swimming pool downstairs.

Casas Estamener have:

7 persons (1.150€/week): A village house with roof terrace and a rustic apartment with a big terrace facing the pool area

5 persons (990€/week): An rustic apartment with big terrace facing the pool area

4 persons (790€/week): A village house with balcony to the square and two rustic apartments with windows to the street

All have access to the garden and pool area. Ask for more information.

Changeover day is flexible

The price includes: Taxes and VAT, electricity, heating, water, bed-linen, towels and cleaning at departure.

When booking the property, a deposit equal to 40% must be paid within 8 days to secure the booking. The remaining amount is to be paid when you arrive. By cancellation more than 2 months before arrival, half of the deposit will be refunded. By cancellation less than 2 months before arrival, the deposit is not refunded.
