Very comfortable villa with private pool and a big garden. The property is located at the exclusive residential area of Golf Costa Brava, but also just 10 min drive from the beach. Next to a cosy living with direct access to the terrace and garden, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a separate toilet. The garden borders on the Ardenya Nature Park. The villa is equipped with satellite-TV, DVD, stereo, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. Furthermore a BBQ, sufficient loungers and garden furniture, fireplace and a carport. And wireless internet access.

Also it is a very good starting point for trips to Barcelona, Girona, the Dali museums and the Pyrenees. Airports are nearby (Girona 20 min, Barcelona 80 min). There are plenty of possibilities for water sports, walking, fishing, horse riding and mountain biking. For golfers : next to the challenging 27-holes Golf Costa Brava, there are some 6 more beautiful 18-holes golf courses within 30 minutes.
