You can enjoy alfresco dining during the balmy summer nights with a large outdoor BBQ area equipped with patio heaters when the chilly nights draw in. Located on the second floor terrace you will find a table tennis area. This villa has everything a family could possibly want, with a large private cinema room, kids play room fully equipped with play station, TV, DVD, Games and Books.

El Campello is only a short 7 min drive/taxi journey away and has much nightlife, bars, and restaurants within the town and along the lovely seafront and marina. El Campello is also served with a good local tram service which runs from Alicante to Denia. With its rugged coastlines, endless beaches, local cities & towns which are alive & vibrant, sleepy villages, wild & dramatic interiors, so much history & stunning architecture all make this a wonderful place to visit.

Notes
Prices include all cleaning linen and towels (linen changed once a week if staying for more than one week). A baby package consisting of a travel cot, buggy and high chair are all available at a small weekly fee. Maid service can also be arranged if needed. Hairdryers are also supplied, so no need to pack! Upon booking I request a 20% deposit with the final balance payable 6/8 weeks before arrival.
Final cleaning money to be left in the villa on departure.
meet and greet after 7pm is charged at 20€.
A welcome pack of basics can be supplied at 15€.
CAR HIRE
We have a excellent car hire company based in El Campello. They are a long established company and speak English, Spanish, French and Dutch.
They work with LCM Villas and offer a personal meet and greet service where you will be collected in a minibus at the airport and taken to your holiday villa, where your hire vehicles will be waiting for you, saving you all the stress of airport queues. This is a FREE service and applies to all customers.

Alternatively if you prefer a representative can meet you at the airport with your chosen vehicle.

Please contact us directly for a free quote, the car hire includes free mileage, full tank and all risk insurance.

Please remember to book any car hire well in advance if your holiday is within the main summer months of July and August, as availability becomes very limited and the prices with other companies can be very high.

My name is Louise and I live in Spain with my husband Carl and my little girl. We have lived in El Campello over the last nine years and love the Spanish way of life! Should you rent one of our villa´s, we will be on hand to meet you in, show you around and give you some local info, who better than the people that live here! We will guide you from your first enquiry to meeting you upon arrival. We will also be on hand during your stay should you need anything.
