Villa “Mariposa” is located on a flat plot of land in the Urbanisation of “Vizcondado de Cabanyes” on a no-through road a short distance from the local shops, restaurants, supermarkets and beaches and near the historical centre of Calonge.
The villa has a kidney shaped private pool measuring 8.5m x 4m (approx. 28’ x 13’), surrounded by terraces. There is an outdoor dining area with a brick BBQ and a sunning terrace. There is plenty of garden furniture available to you. There is also an outdoor shower. The villa has central heating. There is a lovely open fireplace in the dining / sitting area, for those cooler evenings, UK Sat TV, radio and DVD/CD player.
A modern separate kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, 4 pits cooker and oven, dining facilities for 6 people. Through the double doors of the dining area you enter the balcony / terrace, which is an ideal place for breakfast or an evening drink. From here the pool can be watched, which means you can relax at the same time as checking on the children.
A highchair, baby cot and pushchair are available upon request. For the baby cot you are expected to bring your own linen. There is a large treasure chest full of toys. Pets are not allowed.
