These two villas are only three years old and were designed and built to ensure the perfect layout to allow groups or individual families to enjoy a perfect holiday. Decorated and furnished to a high standard they have everything you would ever want in a holiday villa.

Spanish,English and German satellite TV is available along with other European channels.

The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and french doors opening up to the pool.

All the bedrooms have fitted wardrobes with lots of hangers and ceiling fans for summer comfort. Heaters are available for winter lets.

The kitchen is of a high specification with modern appliances and big enough to accommodate table and chairs for six people for those colder winter nights.

The villa stands in a walled, flowered gardens with off street parking. The villa has an 8m x 4m swimming pool, BBQ, sunloungers and two terraces. The rest of the garden is lawned and can be illuminated at night. The gardens face south and benefit from full sun to dappled shade.

The villa benefits from covered and uncovered terraces to sit and sunbathe or enjoy a relaxing meal by the pool. Only a three minute drive from the Blue Flag beaches of Barrosa. This area truly is "unspoilt Spain".

This region is blessed with some of the best beaches in Spain including the Blue Flag beaches of Barrosa. With more than 3,000 hours of sunshine a year and a very low average rainfall figure, this region really can be enjoyed 12 months of the year. Don´t just think of it as a summer destination. The weather is generally good from March to the end of December.

Chiclana is also idealy situated to gain access to the diverse culture of the region including Cadiz, Jerez, Savilla, Tarifa, Verjer and Conil.

The local area of Chiclana has a diverse mix of activities and atractions from Award winning golf courses to Blue Flag beaches, Tennis to kitesurfing, walking to bird watching along with go-karting, surfing, cycling to name but a few and all within a 10 minute drive.

Entrepinos 1 - Chiclana de la Frontera

Chiclana is in my opinion on the right side of Spain. Relatively undeveloped (at least not full of those horrible tourist apartments you see on the Mediterranean side!) Chiclana is just 2.5 hours easy drive from Malaga. I took the family which included two young children - 2 and 3 years old. The the house Entrepinos 1 exceeded our expectations. Set in small but beautiful grounds (pine and banana trees, well kept lawns and Bouganvillea etc.) we couldn't have wished for more. The shrieks of delight from the kids when they saw the swimming pool for the first time was a pleasure to with hold. Martin and Monika (the owners came and greeted us) and couldn't have been more friendly and welcoming. Knowing we had two little ones, they even stocked up the kitchen with a few essentials... We were provided with, and talked through a ring bound folder containing useful information on the area and Martin even suggested some restaurants in nearby Jerez - which turned out to be fantastic! The WiFi internet was efficient and very useful as I had to do some work - taking the pressure off being away from the office - nothing quite like have a poolside office desk! We took the kids everywhere - the Spanish love children so there was never a problem eating out - even in the smarter restaurants. The beaches (as close as you get the the golden sandy beaches of Northumberland!) in Spain were just a five minute drive away - not that we had any real reason to leave the house! For us, this was a holiday where we could really relax. There was lots to do but in truth, apart from a daily trip (when it wasn't too hot) to the beach, we found the house so nice that we just wanted to stay put! Many thanks to Martin and Monika - we'll definitely be back!

Nice villa, fully equiped

The villa is well equiped, safe and give the possibility to spend nice holliday. It is located far from beach, restaurant and shops. You need to use your car. Chiclana and La Barrossa are wide.
