The apartment is laid out over two floors with three double bedrooms, air conditioning in each and a superb, large roof terrace with its own outdoor dining space.

There is a fully equipped and spacious kitchen with an air conditioned living room and two double bedrooms served by a bathroom with shower on the first floor.

The master bedroom is on the upper floor with its own en suite bath and shower. On this floor you will also find the covered terrace providing shade from the sun and an outside area for casual dining and relaxation. You can sit outsides enjoy the mountain view with a good glass of the excellent local Penedes wine or cava.

There is easy access to the cultural aspects of the town as well as to its many shops, restaurants and bars as well as the beaches. Within a 10 minute walk you are at the railway station where you can take the train and be in the centre of Barcelona within half an hour. You can also play golf at the nearby course (6 km).

This is the perfect apartment for a family or group of friends wanting space and comfort, access to the town and night life. Or you can enjoy a quiet evening at home with your family or friends when you choose.

A 40% non-refundable deposit is taken at the time that the booking is confirmed payable against a Visa or Mastercard credit card. Please note there is a transaction fee chargeable on credit card payments. The balance is due 6 weeks before the commencement of the stay.

The apartment is provided with towels and linens and cleaned once per week or at the end of the stay if shorter. Additional cleans can be arranged at extra cost.

Rental fees: A nightly or weekly rate according to the listed prices above. For stays in excess of 14 days a 10% discount may be negotiated.
