2 minutes from the beach, this air conditioned apartment is laid out over two floors with 3 double bedrooms, and a superb roof terrace for outdoor dining.

On the entrance level there is a fully equipped kitchen and living/dining room room and two double bedrooms served by a bathroom with shower.

The master bedroom is on the upper floor with its own en suite bathroom and shower. This floor also gives onto the outside area for casual dining and relaxation. The large terrace has a sun deck as well as an attractive awning providing shade from the sun. You can sit outside and enjoy the fresh air and the views with a glass of the excellent local Penedes wine or cava.

There is easy access to the town and to its many shops, restaurants and bars as well as the beaches. You can play golf at the nearby course (6 km). Or take a 7 minute walk to the railway station where you can get to central Barcelona within half an hour.

This is the perfect apartment for a family or group of friends wanting space and comfort, access to the town and night life. Or to enjoy a quiet evening at home with family or friends.

All the bedrooms and the lounge have air/conditioning and there is central heating for the cooler winter months.

Universal Studios theme park PORT AVENTURA is one hour away with its exotic adventure rides from Imperial China, the Wild West, Polynesia and Aztec México. Or you can try out the Caribe Aquatic Park where you can cool down and challenge the strong water currents while rafting down El Torrente or jump down the El Tifón water slides. Both offer a great day out.

Notes
A 40% non-refundable deposit is taken at the time that the booking is confirmed payable against a Visa or Mastercard credit card. Please note there is a 1,50% transaction fee chargeable on credit card payments. The balance is due 6 weeks before the commencement of the stay.

The apartment is provided with towels and linens and cleaned once per week or at the end of the stay if shorter. Additional cleans can be arranged at extra cost.

Rental fees: A nightly or weekly rate according to the listed prices above. For stays in excess of 14 days a 10% discount may be negotiated.
