The apartment is only twenty minutes from Malaga airport and located close to the white village of Mijas with its stunning views and narrow streets lined with bars, shops and restaurants.
The sea side resort of Fuengirola is just five minutes by car and is one of the most popular on the Costa de Sol, with beautiful sandy beaches, many restaurants and bars. Night life is colourful and varied.
This sunny one bedroom apartment is situated in the Lew Hoad Tennis Village. The large balcony overlooks the community pool and gardens. The facilities of the tennis club are open to non-members with pay and play tennis and paddle courts, gym, bar and restaurant.
A number of other restaurants are within walking distance together with the Danish commercial centre.
The light and sunny well designed apartment is on the first floor. It has a open plan living room with kitchen . Double doors open onto a large balcony from the sitting area.
There is a breakfast bar with stools and the kitchen has an electric oven, hob,microwave and fridge. There is a seperate automatic washing machine.
The fully tiled bathroom has a wash basin and bath with shower.
The bedroom has twin beds with ample wardrobe space and air conditioning. Double doors open onto the balcony that over looks the swimming pool and the coast beyond.

There is a well maintained community pool with sun beds. The complex has restricted access and parking is secure and private.
The apartment is within easy reach of the Costa del Sol motorway network,
Marbella home of the rich and famous is only 25 minutes by car, Sevilla two and a half hours and Gibraltar is just over an hour away.
Day trips to Morocco can easily arranged via the hydofoil from Tarifa or Algeciras.
