Holiday penthouse for rent in Altea

Oasis beach is a luxury frontline development situated next to the Morro de Toix Nature Reserve which is located in Peublo Mascarat.

The luxury apartment consists of two bedrooms, the main bedroom has an ensuite which includes a hydromassage bath, the bedroom leads directly out onto the lower terrace with views to the sea and the mountain, the second bedroom is a twin bedded room with a further bathroom with views to the mountains.

The apartment has a spacious living dining area which is both comfortably and stylishly furnished which opens out onto the lower terrace wherein you can sit, relax and watch the sun setting into the sea, the divers diving for squid or the many boats that pull into the bay.

The two terraces are furnished with dining table, chairs and sunbeds, the huge roof terrace has its own private pool. There is also a communal pool including childrens pool with sunbathing areas.

The Marina is 15 minute walk away where there are plenty of bars and restaurants. It offers excellent fishing, windsurfing, scuba diving including PADI dive centre and boat hire facilities.

Altea and Altea old town are situated nearby with its maze of narrow, cobbled and crooked streets with glimpes of the bay, but its main attraction is the recognisable navy glazed dome of the church Nuestra Senora del Consuelo ("Our Lady of Solace") which is the symbol of Altea. From the church square you can enjoy impressive sea views having your lunch or dinner in one of its typical Mediterranean restaurants.

Calpe is also close by wherein there are beautiful sandy beaches with crystal clear water.

Terra Mitica - this is a theme park
Aqualandia - this is a water park
Mundomare - this is a marine park
Terra Natura - this is an animal park

We really enjoyed our holiay in Oasis Beach. The apartment is brilliant and we spent a lot of time looking at the sea, the birds and the mountain. Everything is high standard we would like to go back some other time.

Please note a deposit of 30% is required on booking. The remaining balance plus Euro 300.00 refundable security deposit is required 8 weeks prior to arrival. The security deposit will be returned within seven days of departure less any deductions for breakages or damage. A welcome pack is included and guests will be met by our local representative who will explain everything to you. All bed linen, towels, beach towels are provided as well as a welcome pack. Supplements apply: final clean Euro 100.00. Payment by cheque or bank transfer. Apartment will be available from 3.00pm on arrival and to be vacated by 11.00am on departure.
